How to Add Filters in Windows Movie Maker
What is filter
Video Filters enhances the appearance of videos by changing the brightness, contrast, saturation and hue parameters. For example, you can apply a sepia filter to a clip to make it look like an old movie film. Windows Movie Maker provides an integrated filter, and the nightlife filter helps to make your video more vivid.

2. Select one filter you want. You can double-click to preview the effect on the right.
